  • 1 medium banana, mashed
  • 12 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 (8 1/2 ounce) box Jiffy corn muffin mix

directions

  • Mash banana, add milk and muffin mix.
  • Stir until combined.
  • Pour into 6 muffin cups coated with nonstick cooking spray or in muffin liners.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 22 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  • Cool and serve.

  2. I love bananas and I love Jiffy corn muffin mix, but I do not love them mixed together. I didn't like the flavors and they were also too heavy and dense for me. Sorry.
