  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Measure first 5 ingredients into a bowl.
  • Stir in gumdrop pieces.
  • Combine remaining ingredients and stir into dry mixture.
  • Stir until blended.
  • Scrape into greased loaf pan.
  • Bake 50 minutes.

  1. This was a nice change from the average banana loaf! I used only 1/2 cup of sugar becuase of the gum drops sweetning it up. Instead of a loaf pan, i used one mini loaf pan, 3 small cake pans and one mini star shape pan.

i live in rural canada. i love to cook, penpalling, hockey,music, and wwe wrestling. also am a avid fishermen as well. my grandmother who was a great cook and baker (she owned and operated a bake shop for years) was my biggest inspiration for me learning to cook and bake.
