  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Toast two slices of whole grain bread.
  2. If desired, spread one tablespoon butter on each slice of toast.
  3. Spread one tablespoon honey on each slice of toast.
  4. Cut one medium ripe banana into even slices; layer the banana slices over each piece of toast.
