  1. Peel, cut and freeze (at least 1 hour- having them in my yard they are usually in the freezer) the bananas.
  2. Pop them in your food processor or blender on steroids and pulse a few times.
  3. Pulse more. Add a splash of milk or more.
  4. Blend until creamy. Add vanilla and blend.
  5. It will be like soft serve at this point. Eat now or freeze more.
