  1. In a large bowl mix together, Half cup of margarine, Three quaters cup of brown sugar, 2 large eggs and 3 over riped mashed bananas. Mix together till smooth.
  2. Then add 2 cups of self raising flour and a pinch of salt.
  3. Mix together untill smooth.
  4. Transfer to a greased 2lb loaf tin.
  5. Leave for half a hour to settle.(optional).
  6. Put in a pre-heated oven on the middle shelf at 180 for 60 minutes.
  7. Leave to cool.
