Directions

  1. Sift together the first 4 ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Cream together the next 3 ingredients in a medium bowl.
  3. Add egg to creamed mixture. Add flour mixture and banana slowly to cream mixture. Mix well and add milk and lemon juice and stir to mix.
  4. Bake in greased loaf pan for 20 - 25 minutes in preheated oven of 350F.
  5. Cool on wire rack and remove from pan.
