  • Put milk and banana into a blender and blend until a consistent texture is maintained.
  • Add about 1 to 1-1/2 cups of ice; blend again until ice is crushed.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of sugar; I prefer to add the sugar while while the blender is still going (through the removable cap on the lid).

  1. Very good. I doubled the recipe to make 3 large servings. I omitted the sugar and ice and just added a few scoops of vanilla ice cream and a teaspoon of vanilla extract. Will make again, thanks for sharing!
     
  2. Great recipe except i lessen the milk, put in vanilla ice cream and no more sugar. Yumm!
