- Put milk and banana into a blender and blend until a consistent texture is maintained.
- Add about 1 to 1-1/2 cups of ice; blend again until ice is crushed.
- Add 2 tablespoons of sugar; I prefer to add the sugar while while the blender is still going (through the removable cap on the lid).
