  1. Very good! Very moist and light. Yummy!

  2. A quick and very easy muffin recipe. I used 1 large banana to equal 1/2 cup mashed and dropped batter into a greased muffin pan by 1 tablespoon heaping full. Nice flavor and very moist so be careful when handling. Next time I think I would add some chopped walnuts or pecans. Thank you Sam #3 for posting this recipe! 3. I had some leftover homemade Miracle Whip and have heard of mayonnaise cake, so I decided to try this recipe. It's as simple as could be, and has pretty good flavor. A quick banana muffin recipe. Thanks for posting.
