  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Stir bran with milk and let sit for 5 minutes, stir occasionally.
  • Stir in bananas, butter, honey and egg. Mix well.
  • And flour, baking powder, and salt until just moist.
  • Pour batter into cups.
  • Sprinkle each with sugar.
  • Bake 28 mintes or until light golden.

  2. I had a couple of bananas that needed using, so I went on a banana muffin search. This is the recipe I chose, and I sure am glad that I did. I love the idea of the bran mixed with the bananas. Made exactly as directed with the exception of the brown sugar topping. I used Turbino sugar instead. Thanks for the great recipe.
