  • Mash bananas in bowl.
  • Add sugar and lightly beaten egg.
  • Add melted butter.
  • Add dry ingredients and mix.
  • Bake at 325 degrees in ungreased muffin tin.

  3. I made everything the same, except that I found I didn't have any white all-purpose flour, but I did have whole wheat all-purpose flour and used it instead. It was amazing. And good for you too!
     
  4. Yummy! Excellent flavour! The only change I made was I used egg substitute and an extra banana. I cooked them for 25 mins and they turned brown on the outside and moist on the inside. I also dusted them with Recipe #241843. Little Miss (DD) and I really enjoyed them. Thank you Midge8
