Banana-Nectarine Smoothie

"Good way to use up nectarines if they ripen too quickly. Sometimes I buy too many at once. Ditto for bananas."

  • 1 large banana, sliced
  • 1 cup unsweetened orange juice
  • 1 large nectarine, peeled and pitted (or 2 small)
  • 12 cup milk (I use 2percent)
  • 3 ice cubes

directions

  • In a blender container, combine banana and orange juice.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Add cut up nectarine and ice cubes.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • With blender running, add milk.
  • Blend until smooth and frothy.
