- Mash the bananas then add your sugar and your dried ingredients( pecans, bakeing soda, salt, flour ) then add your bananas egg and butter to the bowl and mix with a wooden spoon.gressed and floured your loaf pan. then bake at 350 degrees about 50 to 60 minute.
