Banana Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies

"My kids love these cookies, and they are better for you than a lot of traditional breakfast foods out there. They are almost like bite-sized banana bread, as opposed to cookies. I like to buy overripe bananas at the store on sale, peel, and freeze them. They are easy to mash once defrosted."
