ingredients
- 29.58 ml butter
- 236.59 ml plain yogurt
- 4.92 ml baking powder
- 236.59 ml flour
- 9.85 ml baking powder
- 2.46 ml salt
- 177.44 ml brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 118.29 ml canola oil
- 4.92 ml vanilla extract
- 236.59 ml chopped banana
- 236.59 ml chopped walnuts
- 236.59 ml oat bran
directions
- Preheat oven at 350°F.
- Butter 12 muffin cups.
- In first bowl combine yogourt and baking soda.
- In second bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt.
- In third bowl, mix brown sugar, egg and oil. Mix this mixture to the dry ingredients in small quantities, alternating with yogourt.
- Add vanilla extract, bananas, nuts and bran mix together until incorporated. Fill muffin cups, cook for 35 minutes.
