Banana Oatmeal Muffins - Low Fat

"These are tasty little muffins that I whipped up. They are low in fat but don't taste like it and can be jazzed up with little guilt. I love them with walnuts and white chocolate chips. The other great thing about this recipe is that no mixer is required and can be made in one bowl."

  • Mash the bananas in a bowl, mix in applesauce, brown sugar and honey. Mix well.
  • Stir in just till mixed the wheat germ, oats, flour, cinnamon, baking soda and baking powder.
  • Add the optional items at this time too.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
