This is an easy, sweet, nutritious treat. It could actually use less sugar; seemed too sweet for me with a full cup. I prepared it in a blender with the sugar, a cup of ice cubes, the bananas and OJ; blended well; poured into a Ziplock bag; and laid flat in my freezer. After a few hours I massaged the bag. It was totally set and ready to eat after a total of about 4 hours. This is a nice sweet treat for a hot summer day.

Very sweet and creamy! I don`t have an ice cream maker and as you see by the photo you don`t need one. I place the bananas, 1 cup of ice cubes and 1 cup of ice water 2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate in a blender. Blended till smooth then froze in a freezer bag. After 20 minutes massaged the bag and refroze. Yummy good!
