Banana Pancakes

"This recipe came from a church cookbook my mom had saved and passed to me when I got married. I've adapted it quite a bit, but with good results! DH didn't even need syrup for them! :)"

  • Mash banana, then beat in rest of ingredients. Make small pancakes, cook on medium heat, flipping pancakes when the first side begins to bubble.
  • For plain pancakes, eliminate banana, cinnamon & chocolate and cook as above.

I enjoy baking, art, music and the occasional crochet and sewing project. I'm learning to enjoy cooking much more, through the help of sites like Recipezaar! (Baking will always remain my love of the two, however.) A pet peeve... The assumption that everything Canadian has maple flavoring in it. Maple trees don't grow everywhere in Canada as the climate accross this country doesn't necessarily support its growth. Plus, there are many maples in the NorthEastern States!
