Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lecithin powder
  • 1 tablespoon brewer's yeast
  • 1 cup milk (Organic if you can find it)
  • 1 tablespoon oat bran
  • 1 tablespoon malt drink powder (optional)
  • 12 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Put all in a blender and mix till banana is throughly mixed.
