- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1⁄3 cup artificial sweetener (splenda with fiber)
- 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
- 3⁄4 cup white chocolate, melted
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
directions
- MIX cream cheese and splenda using an electric mixer. Add bananas and mix until well blended. Add melted white chocolate and mix well.
- WHIP cream and vanilla together in a separate bowl. Fold cream into banana mixture until light and airy, but not fully mixed. Do not over mix. Fold in pumpkin until just incorporated using the same technique.
- CHILL mousse for at least 60 minutes before serving.
