- 2 tablespoons dark rum
- 1⁄4 - 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
directions
- Place bananas in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
- Peel the bananas and place the pulp in a mixing bowl.
- Mash with a spoon, then add the rum, sugar, cream, and vanilla.
- Serve sauce over chocolate cake!
