  1. Sift dry ingredients together (flour, baking powder, soda, nutmeg and cinnamon). Melt butter and add to dry ingredients with banana, egg, sugar and milk. Mix thoroughly. Pour mixture into a greased baking pan and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-30 minutes.
