Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Blend butter and sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs and bananas. Beat until well blended.
  2. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together in another bowl. Add alternately with sour cream to banana mixture, stirring just to blend. Stir in nuts.
  3. Spoon into a 9"x5" loaf pan, greased and floured on bottom only. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until tester comes out clean.
  4. Let stand in pan on a wire rack for 20 minutes. Remove from pan and cool.
