  • Cream first 4 ingredient.
  • Add bananas, zucchini and vanilla to mixture.
  • Mix in baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
  • Mix in flours and chocolate chips. Mix until all flour is blended.
  • If making muffins, line muffin tins with paper and spray with no stick cooking spray.
  • For muffins bake at 325 for 18 minutes For loaf bake at 350 for 50 minute.
