I made this tonight, very easy. I watched food network Claire made this.I thought I had everything it called, tried it,yummy! Cut the bananas into 1-inch pieces and freeze. Put the frozen bananas in a food processor and puree. So easy. I used 2 banana,1 tablespoon honey,3 tablespoons peanut butter. You got to try it.

Absolutely delicious! If you're like me then you'll love this combination. It has the perfect balance of peanut butter to bananas. Before I put it in the freezer I almost at it all. On a side note, I would recommend using a food processor because you'll be blending and scraping for quite a while if you use a blender. This could also be played up with some chopped nuts thrown in. I'll be making this often! Thanks for sharing.

I'm always looking for good alternatives to the traditional high-calorie, high-fat comfort food. This is perfect! I have no honey or agave nectar, so I just made it with the banana, peanut butter and vanilla. I also omitted the salt, since I had no agave to balance the flavor. I also added a little milk to make it extra creamy. Thank you for this fantastic recipe!
