  • Allow to marinade 2 hours.
  • Drain chicken reserving liquid.
  • Balance on barbeque spit.
  • Barbeque, rotating spit, over medium hot coals for 1 1/2 hrs or until chicken is tender.
  • Brush occasionally with liquid.
