Barbara's Texas Pecan Pie

"This is a very unique recipe - no karo syrup. I had lost this recipe while moving My niece, Sabrina Fast, (who lives in Canada) told me that she had made this pecan pie for Thanksgiving. I had given her this recipe when she got married. I was so pleasantly surprised and happy to have this recipe again. Try it, you'll like it. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do."

I am a retired AT&T (alias Soluthwestern Bell) employee. I love to cook and have collected many recipes through the years, mostly from family members. Some have been revised from original and a few I have created. I love collecting and sharing and I think this recipe exchange is simply devine.
