  1. Soak beans and bring to a boil unless canned. Drain and rinse well.
  2. In mixing bowl, slightly mash beans and set aside.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in skillet and cook onion 3-4 minutes. Mix in beans, yeast, carrot, bread crumbs, and seasoning. Mix until binds well.
  4. With wet hands, divide into 6 parts and form into burgers. Put flour on a plate and coat burgers.
  5. For sauce, mix all ingredients until well blended.
  6. Cook burgers on grill 3-4 minutes each side, brushing with oil from time to time. Serve on buns with a spoonful of BBQ sauce.
