  • 3 -4 lbs beef short ribs
  • 1 12 cups barbecue sauce, divided
  • 12 cup apricot jam or 12 cup pineapple jam
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Directions

  1. Place ribs on a baking rack.
  2. Combine 3/4 c barbecue sauce, jam, and soy sauce.
  3. Pour over ribs.
  4. Bake at 450F for 30 minutes to brown.
  5. Take out of oven.
  6. Layer beef and sauce used in oven in a slow cooker.
  7. Cover.
  8. Cook on low 8 hours.
  9. Mix remaining 3/4 c sauce with sauce from slow cooker.
  10. Pour over ribs and serve.
