- Combine butter, sugar, cocoa, salt and milk in saucepan over medium heat. Bring to boil for one minute.
- Stir in vanilla.
- Remove from heat.
- Quickly add in the peanut butter and oats stirring thoroughly.
- Spoon out on to wax paper and let cool.
