Barb's Anti-Vegetarian Chili

"No veggies? No problem! This is my mom's recipe for chili, without all those icky chunks of tomato and onion. Tip: the longer you let this cook, the better it will taste. For great chili, make it in the morning, eat for dinner!"

  • Brown beef and garlic together. Drain.
  • Put all ingredients in a crock pot (or large pot on stove). Note: add the bean juice from the chili hot beans, but not from the red kidney or black beans.
  • Cook on low all day (or if you're taking less time, start on hot, switch to low).
