Directions

  1. preheat oven to 350.
  2. mix all the dry ingredients together.
  3. add oil, honey, water, and vanilla. stir in chocolate, walnuts, and coconut.
  4. line 12 x 17 inch cookie pan with parchment paper. Place dough in center of pan and cover with wax paper. Using rolling pin,spread dough to fill the pan, remove the wax paper and bake for 25 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and let set for 5 minutes. Slide parchment paper onto counter and cut bars to desired size. Place bars on wire racks to finish cooling.
