  2. Mix together graham wafer crumbs, sugar and butter. put in 9-inch round springform pan, and press in bottom and up sides a bit. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes.
  3. FILLING:.
  4. Mix cream cheese, sugar, flour, lemon peel, orange peel, and vanilla together. Stir together until creamy. Slowly blend in eggs, one at a time, the last two eggs just use the yolks only. Use mixer on medium speed. Pour into graham wafer crust. Bake for 10 minutes at 350F then 1 hour on 250F, longer if necessary.
