CRUST
- 2 cups graham wafer crumbs
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1⁄2 cup butter, melted

FILLING
- 5 (250 g) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon lemon peel
- 1 teaspoon orange peel
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄4 cup heavy cream
- 7 eggs (2 eggs, yolks only)

- CRUST:.
- Mix together graham wafer crumbs, sugar and butter. put in 9-inch round springform pan, and press in bottom and up sides a bit. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes.
- FILLING:.
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, flour, lemon peel, orange peel, and vanilla together. Stir together until creamy. Slowly blend in eggs, one at a time, the last two eggs just use the yolks only. Use mixer on medium speed. Pour into graham wafer crust. Bake for 10 minutes at 350F then 1 hour on 250F, longer if necessary.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
