Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in large skillet, saute onions, garlic and spices until onions are soft but not clear.
  2. Add beans and tomatoes, cook until bubbly.
  3. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook 10 minutes.
  4. Add salt if necessary.
  5. Serve over hot cooked rice or cornbread.
