Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Whirl one minute; scrape down and blend 15 seconds more.
  3. Refrigerate at least one hour before making crepes.
  4. Heat a lightly greased 6 inch skillet; remove from heat.
  5. Spoon in 2 Tbsp batter; lift and tilt skillet to spread evenly.
  6. Return to heat; brown on one side only.
  7. To remove, invert pan over paper toweling.
  8. Repeat with remaining batter.
