  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease or line muffin tins.
  • Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl until well combined. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, whisk the eggs. Whisk in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
  • Stir in the flour mixture until moistened.
  • Fill the tins 3/4 full and bake for 18 minutes.
  • Cool for 10 minutes in the pan and 5 minutes out of the pan.
