  1. I mixed the dough the night before and immediately placed it into a gallon size plastic bag then placed it into the refrigerator until the next day. It really rose a lot in the refrigerator. I allowed the dough to warm up to room temperature then kneaded it and divided it in half. I made 2 - 12 inch pizzas. This makes a tender thick pizza for the crust. I'm generally not as much of a fan of thick crust pizza as my husband is. However this crust was very nice and it was a nice balance of crust and toppings. Made for PAC Spring 2014.

I've always loved cooking and baking, starting as a kid making barbeque sauces, cookies, and pies. My husband is allergic to eggs, milk, and soy, which adds a whole new dimension to cooking. Forget Iron Chef's secret ingredient! I love the challenge of baking and cooking without certain staples. It means a lot of trial and error, but a lot of satisfaction when a recipe works out!
