Directions

  1. put butter,garlic,green chilis,salt and pepper in a food processor
  2. keep mixing it till it forms a paste
  3. cook pasta and drain but do not wash
  4. while the pasta is still hot add the paste and mix till the butter melts.
  5. add half the chopped parsely and mix well untill it's all combined.
  6. sprinkle the rest on top as garnish
  7. serve hot.
  8. Note.: you can substitute the butter with olive oil.
