ingredients

1 ounce pine nuts, lightly toasted
1 sprig fresh basil, leaves picked
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
salt & freshly ground black pepper

directions

Place all the ingredients in a blender and whizz to paste, adding enough oil to make a dressing consistency.
Your dressing is ready!
