  • Blend basil, mint , ginger to a smooth paste.
  • Add this puree to 3 cups water boil for 8 minutes.
  • Strain the tea and mix honey to it.
  • Drink it when still hot.

  1. This was very nice. The basil added a really nice aroma in addition to the mint. I reduced the recipe to make 1 cup and used 1/4 tsp of ground ginger, but next time I think I'll add more. Thank you!
