- 1 cup fresh basil
- 2 cups olive oil
- 1 1⁄2 cups parmesan cheese
- 3⁄4 cup pine nuts
- 5 tablespoons fresh garlic
directions
- Place the Fresh basil, Pine Nuts and Fresh Garlic in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
- Add the Olive Oil and Parmesan cheese and pulse a few more times until everything is mixed evenly.
- Store in containers. can stay in refrigerator for a couple week. freezer for a couple of months.
