  1. wash the meat I used beef for this one put it in a pressure cooker pressure cook for 20 minutes
  2. the water from this will become stock then set aside.
  3. add olive oil.
  4. in dutch oven brown the onion.
  5. add garlic ginger and green chili.
  6. add masala.
  7. stir then add tomato and cook till it dissolves.
  8. add meat to cook in the masala.
  9. cut the Asian pear in small pieces and add to the meat.
  10. then add stock from cooking the meat and simmer for 40 minutes.
  11. at the end add some cilantro.
