ingredients
- 1 lb meat (goat lamb beef mutton)
- 1⁄8 teaspoon red chili
- 1⁄4 turmeric
- 1⁄4 garam masala
- 1⁄4 curry powder
- 1 tomatoes
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 small sliver ginger, chopped
- 1 onion
- 1 small handful cilantro
- 2 Asian pears
- 1 green chili pepper
- 1⁄8 of a cup olive oil
- 2 small plums, they can be found in an indian grocery store
directions
- wash the meat I used beef for this one put it in a pressure cooker pressure cook for 20 minutes
- the water from this will become stock then set aside.
- add olive oil.
- in dutch oven brown the onion.
- add garlic ginger and green chili.
- add masala.
- stir then add tomato and cook till it dissolves.
- add meat to cook in the masala.
- cut the Asian pear in small pieces and add to the meat.
- then add stock from cooking the meat and simmer for 40 minutes.
- at the end add some cilantro.
