  • wash the meat I used beef for this one put it in a pressure cooker pressure cook for 20 minutes
  • the water from this will become stock then set aside.
  • add olive oil.
  • in dutch oven brown the onion.
  • add garlic ginger and green chili.
  • add masala.
  • stir then add tomato and cook till it dissolves.
  • add meat to cook in the masala.
  • cut the Asian pear in small pieces and add to the meat.
  • then add stock from cooking the meat and simmer for 40 minutes.
  • at the end add some cilantro.
