  1. Make seasoning by mixing all of the spices together (salt - rosemary).
  2. Make BBQ shrimp:
  3. Heat butter in a large skillet over moderate heat unitl foam subsides.
  4. Add the shrimp, garlic, seasoning mixture, beer and Worc sauce and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Serve with lots of French bread to soak up all the sauce.
