  • In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except rolls.
  • Shape into 4 patties.
  • Grill or broil to desired doneness.
  • Serve on rolls and top, if desired, with grilled onions.

  1. Very good burger, has a nice bite. Made up all 4, we cooked two for supper and froze two for another day. I don't have garlic salt, so I used garlic powder, we loved the seasonings. Really like the green onion instead of regular, nice flavour, I used 4 chopped and used sesame buns, they were nice lightly toasted on the grill for a change. We added cheddar cheese, lettuce and tomato and served with mojo oven fries and dill pickle. Thanks for posting, this is one I will be making again!
     
  2. This was a delicious low fat dinner. I used turkey and didn't use the buns. Loved the onions in the burger..may have to do that all the time now. I also subbed garlic powder instead of garlic salt. Made for Fall PAC 2011.
     
  3. Very delicious! I didn't have thyme leaves (so I added 1/4 teaspoon of oregano leaves) and hot pepper sauce (I used hot chili sauce instead) and the result was outstanding! Thanks
     
  4. these were delicious. even my husband, who's not big on any kind of onions, loved them. my son really loved them too and he's not a big burger eater. again, they are delicious and i recommend them to everyone!!! thanks for sharing this recipe
     
  5. Good burger. The seasonings are fairly subtle, except the garlic salt. I might use 1/2 garlic powder and 1/2 garlic salt next time, but I tend to use less salt than others. Thanks for sharing.
