Bbc Cocktail (Baileys, Banana, Coco Lopez) Frozen Dessert Drink

"BBC Cocktail (Baileys, Banana, Coco Lopez) is a decadent frozen dessert drink. They are perfect for summer blended with ice. My co-worker introduced these to me. Think she first discovered them on a cruise vacation then recreated them back at home. They are the latest rage amongst our circle of friends now. Some people add a dash of pineapple juice too, but haven't done that yet. Also, can be made with fresh banana blended in as well."

  1. I'll have to give this recipe a try without the banana juice, but in St. Martin they include a large helping of banana juice/puree in their BBC's.
