ingredients
- 3 lbs rump roast or 3 lbs chuck roast
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 15 ounces tomato sauce
- 1⁄2 cup onion, chopped
- 1⁄3 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 tablespoons instant beef bouillon
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 clove garlic, chopped fine
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 10 hamburger buns
directions
- Rub flour into roast.
- Place in bottom of crockpot and add remaining ingredients, execpt buns.
- Cook on low for about 14-16 hours.
- Pull apart or shred meat.
- Serve over buns.
