  1. Beat Salt, Pepper, Poultry Seasoning, Vinegar & Beer in large container.
  2. Add eggs to mixture and beat again.
  3. Add oil to mixture and beat again.
  4. Add Chicken ensuring chicken is submerged in mixture.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight (min 12hrs. better after 24hrs).
  6. Place marinated chicken on charcoal grill.
  7. Cook for 45 to 60 minutes flipping every 15 to 20 minutes until done.
  8. Serve with potato or macaroni salad.
