  1. Add the Catsup, Mustard, Onion powder, Garlic powder, Chili powder, smoke hickory and brown sugar together in the crockpot. Let cook for about a half hour taste and add more of the ingredients to taste.
  2. Add chicken and beef cook for about 8 hours or over night and all day.
  3. The longer you cook the better.
