  1. Place whole chicken in a large pot, cover with water.
  2. Heat to boiling then simmer til chicken is cooked.
  3. Remove chicken, cool then shred meat off bones.
  4. In a large pan, mix ketchup, water, onion, salt, celeryseed, chili powder, brown sugar, Tabasco, Worcestershire and vinegar.
  5. Add shredded chicken.
  6. Simmer chicken in sauce for 1 1/2 hours.
  7. Serve warm on rolls.
  8. Makes about 6 big sandwiches.
