Directions

  1. In a glass baking dish, combine the first 6 ingredients together.
  2. Add the chicken pcs.
  3. Mix well to coat the chicken with the remaining ingredients.
  4. Cover.
  5. Marinate for 2 hours atleast in the refrigerator.
  6. Prepare your grill in the meantime.
  7. Remove the chicken pcs.
  8. from the marinade.
  9. Boil the marinade in a saucepan for 10 minutes.
  10. Alternate the chicken pcs.
  11. and the vegetables on skewers.
  12. Grill 15 cm from medium-hot coals for 15-20 minutes, or until done, turning and basting every few minutes with the marinade.
  13. Serve hot.
  14. Enjoy!
